Pitch your challenge Summer event!

On June 24th, Oksigen Lab organized the first edition of “Pitch Your Challenge”. This new event format is designed as networking event with co-solving workshops for challenges faced by social entrepreneurs. Pitch Your Challenge is the perfect occasion to meet social entrepreneurs, investors and coaches of the Oksigen community!
Pitch Your Challenge #1

Four social entrepreneurs - Archi Human, Creative Brewery, Cirkle and The Opportunity Factory - were given the opportunity to briefly present their company to all the attendees as well as a concrete challenge they were facing. After the pitches, all participants (over 45 participants) choose their preferred case. In a co-solving workshop format with facilitation of Okisgen coaches the participants have brought some concrete suggestions and ideas to solve the challenge the entrepreneurs are facing. These key results were then presented by the entrepreneurs to all participants during the closing session. Finally we enjoyed a nice networking cocktail composed of delicious organic, local and fair trade food and drinks!

A powerful informal meeting to create key added value, share contacts and tangible ideas, for the projects of social entrepreneurs.

Emmanuel Mossay, Sales, Marketing & Purchasing director, Oxfam MdM

As an investor in social entrepreneurs, I’m always interested to hear about new initiatives and meet social entrepreneurs. I’ve been especially inspired by Cirkle, an innovative start-up which combines the delivery of sustainable food with gathering recyclable waste.

Pieter-Jan Van de Velde, Trividend

Interesting initiative! Will definitely participate at next edition. Still some adjustments needed after this first edition to become even more effective in the future.”

Olivier Brissaud, Cross-the-Bridge
